AnTuTu's December Rankings: A Breakdown of the Top-Rated Smartphones and Tablets
AnTuTu has released its December rankings, offering a comprehensive look at the performance of smartphones and tablets. This month's analysis reveals some interesting trends and highlights the dominance of certain chipsets.
Flagship Smartphones
The RedMagic 11 Pro+ takes the top spot in the flagship smartphone category, boasting an impressive average score of 4,118,828. It's followed by the iQOO 15 and OnePlus 15, both powered by the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5. Interestingly, the Realme GT 8 Pro and Honor Win, also running on the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5, occupy the fourth and fifth positions, respectively.
The vivo X300 Pro, the first phone to utilize the MediaTek Dimensity 9500 SoC, secures the sixth position. This marks a shift in the market, as the top five smartphones are now exclusively powered by the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5.
Upper-Midrange Smartphones
In the upper-midrange segment, the Oppo Reno15 Pro and Reno15 dominate with their Dimensity 8450 SoC. The Realme Neo7 SE, iQOO Z10 Turbo, and Oppo K13 Turbo, all equipped with the Dimensity 8400-Max, Dimensity 8400, and Dimensity 8450, respectively, follow closely behind.
Notably, the Realme GT Neo6 SE, the only smartphone in the top ten using the Snapdragon 7+ Gen 3, takes the ninth position. This indicates Qualcomm's limited focus on this particular market segment.
Tablets
The Honor MagicPad3 Pro 13.3 emerges as the top-rated tablet, achieving an average score of 4,033,256. Its victory is not surprising, given that it's the sole tablet powered by the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5. The Oppo Pad 4 Pro and OnePlus Pad 2 Pro, both running on the older Snapdragon 8 Elite, secure the second and third positions, respectively.
The H3C MegaBook, powered by the Intel Core Ultra 5 228V, surprises by taking the fourth position. The Lenovo Legion Y700 (Gen 4), RedMagic Astra, and Xiaomi Pad 8 Pro, all employing the Snapdragon 8 Elite, follow closely.
The vivo Pad5 Pro, the first tablet to utilize the MediaTek Dimensity 9400, enters the rankings in eighth place. The iQOO Pad5 Pro and Redmi K Pad, both equipped with the Dimensity 9400+, secure the ninth and tenth positions, respectively.
These rankings provide valuable insights into the performance and popularity of various smartphone and tablet models, showcasing the competition between chipsets and manufacturers in the tech industry.
